 n\n\nThe AHMP Cyber Chapter is hosting a webinar on the efforts of the I
 HMM in developing Government Recognition of the IHMM credentials.  The I
 HMM initiated the 45 in 5 project to pursue creating government recognit
 ion of the IHMM credentials.  Efforts thus far included:\n\n•	At the out
 set and for several months\, the IHMM solicited volunteers and found 56 
 willing to participate. \n•	The first 6-7 meetings of the 45 in 5 projec
 t in 2021 were all on who knew what about their respective state laws an
 d regulations\, and who could pay close attention to regulatory and legi
 slative developments so that we could engage where the opportunity prese
 nted itself.\n•	Then the preference was to look at the federal level\, w
 hich Gene Guilford took on in late 2021 and early 2022\, resulting in th
 e previously reported work with EPA on 40 CFR 312.10\, as well as with t
 he Small Business Administration on Phase I and II site assessments\, as
  well as with the Army Corps of Engineers.\n•	Gene Guilford has had lega
 l research done on the disposition of all 50 states and their environmen
 tal laws and regulations. \n•	The legal research resulted in the IHMM go
 ing from 5 states to 12 in recognition of the CHMM\, as 12 states adopte
 d 40 CFR 312.10 in their statutes and/or regulations. \n•	More details o
 n the efforts\, current status\, and future plans of the 45 in 5 project
